This policy describes how WEST Homeschool collects and uses information when you use our attendance and family portal services.
We collect account information (name, email), family and student roster data provided by your co-op or entered during onboarding, attendance check-in records, and photos uploaded for badges and kiosk identification.
Data is used to operate check-in, manage family accounts, print badges, and provide reports to authorized co-op administrators. We do not sell personal information.
Information is shared only with authorized co-op staff and service providers needed to host and operate the application, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Families may update household details in the portal where permitted. For account deletion or data questions, contact your co-op administrator .
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns promptly.
